Largo Camões, Lisbon

The former Brazilian Consulate is now a space for an original and innovative project dedicated to arts with an exhibition area and bar, two floors with suites are available for those who want to enjoy this ambience.
The Hotel Le Consulat in Chiado – Lisbon, was a project and works developed over 18 months, the went through all the phases necessary to obtain Licensing from the Lisbon Municipality and DGPC (Cultural Heritage Department), and the work was carried out with sensitivity, doing a restoration of the historical characteristics of the building.
It has 20 spacious suites decorated in collaboration with Lisbon’s main art galleries (Cristina Guerra, Filomena Soares, Graça Brandão, Carlos Carvalho, 3 + 1, Belo-Galsterer, Caroline Pagès and Pedro Cera), available in a space entirely devoted to contemporary creation.
Pego Beach

Conversion Project for a contemporary villa designed for the family holidays.
The design of the house seeks to frame views of the dunes towards the beach, protecting the inside from the sun with flat roofs and pergolas in concrete and wood. Selected finishings include travertine stone, exposed concrete and wood. The large glazed windows allow you to get the most out of the relationship with the outside and the pool area.
The spatial distribution of the house has been organized in a way to protect the most private area of the 5 rooms of the social area of the house that opens onto the terrace and pool.
Porto
Touristic Development: 2016/18

The program contemplates the renovation of six buildings for short term rental apartments on the River Douro, with unobstructed views and close to the historic center of Porto.
The architecture project was designed, considering a housing program, in which several fractions were carefully embedded in order to make the most of the available area.
Since the terrain has a steep slope, patios and hanging gardens have been created in order to make the most of the view.
Queluz
Renovation and new program : 2012/17

Restoration of the Queluz National Palace, considering that this building is a National Heritage Monument the challenge was the introduction of a contemporary language in the Robillon Pavilion, with a new cafeteria, conference room and event room, as well as all the technical areas to support this program.
The architecture project was designed respecting the history of the place, and introducing a refined language and noble materials.
Paço de Arcos
Building Renovation: 2016/18

In this project were wanted to preserve the historical characteristics of the house with a minimalist approach – this was the guideline of the whole project.
The main objective of this project was to meet the client’s taste, respecting the original characteristics of the building and taking advantage of its privileged view.
A combination of characteristic elements of the traditional architecture with modern and minimalist lines was designed, introducing some elements that architecturally improved the building respecting the architecture of the neighbourhood buildings in this historical center.
On of the most interesting features of the house are its incredible view over the Tagus River, which were an inspiration for the project.
The building has been completely redesigned, since it was very subdivided and did not correspond to the briefing, and now it accommodates a open plan home through its three floors and mezzanine.
The finishings mix old elements like new windows and doors and old gates and tiles.
Lisbon

Interior Design project of a three bedroom apartment for short term rental for the premium market.
A combination of neutral colours, natural finishings and furniture that highlight the best features of the house were the premises of this project.
The view over the river Tagus is privileged throughout the interior spaces, and the apartment has been decorated taking this into consideration, with a contemporary and trendy image, placing a “wow factor” of space – a swing made in macramé, customized for this apartment.
